Casalgrande Padana produces advanced ceramic materials, developing innovative, ecological solutions that can meet diverse creative and technological requirements. The Busca School Complex facades were clad with Casalgrande Padana's Diamante Argento porcelain stoneware.
Located in the province of Cuneo, the project was designed by architect Daniele Rangone of Studio Settanta7. With a surface area of 7,045 square metres, the school comprises a primary and a lower secondary school, also offering a space designed to foster interaction between the school and the community. The building's layout enables a direct relationship with the outdoor space, turning it into an area for leisure and socialisation. The spaces were designed with close attention to guaranteeing flexibility and adaptability.
The facade integrates silver and blue threedimensional cladding, shaping a monolithic block suspended on top of a glass-clad base. The architects chose tiles from the Diamante Argento collection, in the 60x60 cm size, and the R-Evolution Blue collection, in the 90x180 cm size.
