Mohma homes are prefabricated, energy-efficient dwellings designed to blend with the environment while offering flexibility, sustainability, and comfort. Developed under Passive House criteria and designed by renowned architects Fernando Oiza and Patxi Mangado, the homes are available in three sizes (20.4 m², 32.8 m², and 45 m²) and can accommodate up to eight people. Lightweight panels allow the modules to be transported easily and installed with minimal impact on the terrain.
Garnica materials were specified throughout the homes to maximize durability, insulation, and aesthetics. G-Brick panels form the structural framework and provide thermal and acoustic performance. Duraply® covers exterior façades and damp areas, offering moisture resistance and protection against fungi and insects. Performance Poplar panels with laminate finishes were used for interior walls, furniture, and cabinetry, while Efficiency Poplar ensured seamless, flexible joints. Elegance Maple panels provide flooring with a natural, durable finish. Together, these panels deliver a sustainable, resilient, and visually warm environment that supports Woodville’s mission of creating ecological, comfortable, and versatile homes in nature.
