Ferozland transforms a former industrial building into a flexible venue for events, exhibitions, and community programming. The intervention preserves the raw character of the existing structure while introducing contemporary architectural strategies that improve safety, functionality, and environmental performance. Designed as a year-round destination, the project balances industrial heritage with refined interior detailing.

Duraply® was specified for interior wall and ceiling applications requiring structural reliability, moisture resistance, and long-term durability in high-traffic areas. Fireshield® panels were incorporated where enhanced fire performance was required, ensuring compliance with safety standards without compromising the natural wood aesthetic. Together, the materials deliver a cohesive interior language—warm, resilient, and aligned with the project’s sustainable construction goals.
