Characteristics
Clean and contemporary architectural integration, compatibility with wall and floor drainage solutions, stainless steel construction, durability for high-use areas, straightforward maintenance and cleaning
Dallmer develops innovative sanitary technology that enhances drainage performance, reliability, and design in contemporary architecture. As a family-owned company manufacturing exclusively in Germany, the company combines uncompromising quality with pioneering solutions for modern bathroom spaces.
CeraLine shower channels and the CeraWall wall-drainage system from Dallmer were used in Hotel Seegarten, located at the Sorpe Reservoir in Sundern, Germany.
Hotel Seegarten is positioned between the lakeside promenade and the spa gardens in the Sauerland region. A recently completed extension introduces an architecturally clear and transparent volume, defined by an almost fully glazed facade that contrasts with the traditional language of the neighbouring main building. Inside, the project adds 21 rooms and an expanded spa area oriented toward views of the Sorpe Reservoir.

To support the bathrooms and wellness areas, the project team specified Dallmer drainage solutions that align with contemporary interior detailing and practical requirements. The CeraLine shower channels and CeraWall wall-drainage system contribute to reliable water management while supporting a clean architectural finish, with a focus on functionality and straightforward maintenance.
