CeraWall Pure shower channels and the 400 Vario washing machine trap type from Dallmer were applied in a newly built multi-dwelling residential development on Lake Möhne, Germany.

Designed by HARTUNG architects, the project comprises 21 residential units ranging from two- and three-room apartments to penthouses, all oriented to maximize lake views. Open floor plans, spacious loggias, and floor-to-ceiling windows support a contemporary living concept that prioritizes daylight, flexibility, and a strong connection to the landscape. As a KfW Efficiency House 40, the building also reflects a sustainability-driven approach, combining high-performance insulation with geothermal energy systems aligned with current German energy standards.

In the bathrooms, CeraWall Pure supports level-access shower design across multiple units with a stainless steel channel intended for front-of-wall installation. It's integrated cross-slope guides water toward the drain while maintaining a clean junction between wall and floor finishes, supporting consistent detailing throughout the building.

The 400 Vario washing machine trap type was specified to integrate laundry connections discreetly within the bathroom environment, concealing pipework behind a stainless steel cover plate and enabling space-efficient connection for two appliances through a modular configuration with backflow protection and separated chambers.
