Roof Drainage Solutions at TOHA Tower 1, Tel Aviv | Dallmer

Roof drainage solutions from Dallmer were applied in TOHA Tower 1, an office tower located in Tel Aviv, Israel.

TOHA Tower 1 is an award-winning office building recognized for its sustainable design and architectural innovation. Designed by Ron Arad Architects in collaboration with Yashar Architects, the tower is characterized by its distinctive, iceberg-like form, in which no two floors are identical.

A large central atrium connects the interior spaces vertically and leads to a publicly accessible roof garden, while the high-performance façade system contributes to energy efficiency, acoustic comfort, and reduced maintenance requirements.

Given the demanding requirements of flat roof drainage in large-scale office buildings, Dallmer roof drainage systems were selected to ensure reliable rainwater management and long-term protection of the roof structure. The project incorporates Renova roof drains 63 T DallBit and 84 DallBit, along with DallBit pipe feedthroughs, enabling effective drainage while minimizing the risk of water accumulation and moisture-related damage.

The implementation was carried out in close cooperation with Dallmer’s local partner, M.B.M.i (Israel) Ltd., ensuring that the drainage solution met the functional, durability, and impermeability standards required by the building’s architecture and technical performance goals.
