Vestal is a specialist in crafting custom hotel furniture and architectural woodwork for projects in the commercial, public, and private sectors. Custom hospitality furniture and architectural woodwork by Vestal were used in Theros All-Suite Hotel, a hospitality development located in Kos, Greece, including fixed installations, architectural joinery, and custom-built solutions that form an integral part of the architectural concept.
Designed by Mastrominas ARChitecture, the project comprises a 3,100 m² hotel complex arranged on a narrow site measuring approximately 40 m by 150 m. The layout is organised as a sequence of interior courtyards and terraces, with reception, dining, and leisure functions distributed around a central pool area. Continuous stone walls and controlled openings are used to define circulation routes, provide privacy for the suites, and regulate daylight and ventilation.

The complex includes 47 suites organised in clusters with differentiated degrees of privacy, using planting and material transitions to mark the shift from public to private areas. Outdoor spaces include communal courtyards, terraces, and private pools at ground level, while upper-floor suites incorporate large verandas and roof gardens. Bioclimatic strategies are supported by building technologies such as central electronic room control (KNX), and landscape design prioritises native Mediterranean species with low water requirements.

Within the project, Vestal manufactured and installed a coordinated scope of bespoke furniture and architectural woodwork across guest rooms, shared areas, and outdoor zones. The work included room furniture, main room furniture, wardrobes, and main room doors, as well as reception and bar components. Exterior applications included pergolas, wood paneling, deck elements, and deck chairs, integrated to support continuity between indoor and outdoor areas.
