The ECW 50 Hybrid curtain-wall system is a thermally-enhanced façade solution designed for modern building envelopes. By incorporating hybrid insulation and flexible profile dimensions, this system delivers both thermal efficiency and design adaptability for complex glazing installations. It supports multi-angle corners, projected or parallel-projected windows for ventilation, and minimal-frame “hidden sash” aesthetics.

Design & Performance
The ECW 50 Hybrid system is designed to meet modern façade demands where thermal, acoustic and structural performance intersect with architectural aesthetics. With the hybrid insulation technology built into the profiles, the system supports high-performance building envelopes such as low-energy or passive-house projects. The minimal visual sightlines and the ability to integrate large glazed units allow the system to deliver both transparency and high-end finishing.

Applications such as projected window ventilation within the curtain wall improve air circulation without sacrificing the clean façade appearance. The flexibility in mullion depth and transom width means the system can be tailored to structural loads, ceiling-to‐floor heights, and special façade modules.

Materials & Finishes
The system’s profiles are made from aluminium alloy (EN AW 6060 T6 / EN AW 6060 T66) for strength and precision. Surface treatment features a minimum coating thickness of 75 µm, and profile thicknesses range from approximately 1.4 to 6 mm. The hybrid design incorporates high-efficiency insulation materials and recyclable EPDM gaskets, aligning with sustainability goals. A wide palette of powder-coated and anodised finishes ensures the system can match architectural colour schemes and textures.
