Mediclinics is a family-run company with more than 50 years of experience in the design and manufacture of hand dryers and bathroom accessories for public spaces. The new office complex on Sagasta Street in Madrid, designed by Kardham Gabiteco, integrates Mediclinics’ U-Flow hand dryer and automatic soap dispenser DJ0037A in its public washrooms.

These touchless solutions ensure efficiency and hygiene in high-traffic environments. The U-Flow model provides fast, energy-efficient hand drying through infrared sensors and adjustable motor speed, while the DJ0037A dispenser delivers precise soap dosage for optimal use. Together, they reflect the project’s focus on functionality, cleanliness, and technological innovation.
