More about this product

UMAGE is a Danish brand creating affordable, high-quality furniture and lighting that combine design, functionality, and sustainability. The Tycho Brahe Planetarium in Copenhagen features UMAGE’s Asteria Move lamps in its café, providing adjustable, portable lighting that supports a comfortable environment.

Located at the edge of Copenhagen’s lakes, the planetarium transitions from large-scale exhibition spaces to the more compact and intimate café area, where lighting plays a key role in defining the setting.

Each table is equipped with an Asteria Move lamp, designed with a slim profile and adjustable light intensity. The wireless design allows the lamps to be relocated as needed while maintaining consistent illumination.

The lighting solution supports the café’s function as a meeting point before or after exhibitions, combining flexibility, energy efficiency, and a clean aesthetic in line with the project’s overall design approach.
