The Modera West Apartments project consists of multiple six-story buildings, offering 376 apartments with a mix of studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans. The development is equipped with a variety of amenities including a swimming pool, rooftop deck, and fitness center. The design aimed to create a modern and comfortable living environment with an emphasis on clean, contemporary architecture. The use of different materials and textures was essential in enhancing the building's exterior and ensuring it blended seamlessly with the surrounding urban landscape.

Flannery’s Cement Panel trims were crucial in completing the design of the Modera West Apartments. Cement Panel Outside Corners facilitated the seamless installation of panels meeting at external angles, providing both structural integrity and a polished finish. The Cement Panel H-Mold was incorporated into the design to break up large wall sections, adding a geometric element that enhances the overall aesthetic. Additional trims such as the Cement Panel Screed, Cement Panel Z-Flash, and Cement Panel J-Mold were also employed, contributing to the clean, masonry-like appearance of the building’s exterior. These trims provided both a functional and aesthetic solution for the Fiber Cement Panel installation.
