The residential structures feature three distinct forms: loggias, balconies, and conservatories/bay windows. These elements create clean, linear aesthetics with varied visual planes, drawing inspiration from Milanese rationalist architecture.
The project, designed by Studio Mario Cucinella Architects (MC A) includes about 1,000 residences, in free and subsidized housing, 30,000 square metres of offices and about 10,000 square metres of retail space. A contemporary garden city integrated in a new public park of over 16 hectares, designed by landscape architect Michel Desvigne. The project is completed by a kindergarten and nursery school for up to 160 children and a multifunctional community centre.

The first part of the residential development (about 524 flats), extending along the north-south axis, was designed to ensure greater exposure to natural light, optimising views and providing a private outdoor space for each unit, according to three different types: loggias, terraces and glass greenhouses.
For this project, Bandalux provided its Premium Plus roller shades with cable guides, offering both solar protection and precise fabric tension across the three glass loggia planes. The chosen fabric, Polyscreen®️ 403 in tobacco, complements the façade, maintaining the building’s cohesive color palette while ensuring functionality.
