The District Apartments, located in Scottsdale, AZ, incorporated Flannery Trim’s custom Plaster Channel Screed (PCS 1375-200), designed specifically for this project to match its plaster job requirements. With a deep 1 3/8" reveal, the trim provides a sharp, refined edge that aligns with the surrounding environment. The vibrant stucco contrasts beautifully with the deep blue desert skies and lush plant life, making the trim an ideal feature for the complex.
This project is a part of the Scottsdale Quarter development, featuring luxury apartments with high-end finishes and modern amenities.
