Interior Trim - LED | Flannery Inc.

Flannery’s LED Trims provide a flexible solution for incorporating linear lighting into gypsum board walls, ceilings, and millwork paneling. Compatible with 1/2" LED strips (or smaller), many trims feature snap-in diffusers for a refined finish. Since LED strips and drivers are not included, designers can select their preferred manufacturers, reducing costs.

• LED Drywall Reveal (LDR): A sleek light reveal between drywall panels, compatible with 1/2" or 5/8" gypsum board.
• LED Drywall F-Mold (LDF): Creates a light reveal between drywall and other materials such as door frames.
• LED Panel Screeds (LPS): Conceals unfinished edges in millwork panels while providing a linear light effect.
• LED Flush Screeds (LFS): Clean transition for LED strips between finished-edge millwork panels.
• LED Drywall Housing Mold (LHM): Light reveal at wall and ceiling edges for aesthetic cove lighting.
• LED Drywall Base Molding (LBM): Light reveal at the base of vertical walls, available in various heights.
• LED Drywall Ceiling Trim (LCM): Linear light reveal where walls meet ceilings.
• LED Drywall Pocket Trim (FDD): Conceals LED strips for a soft, indirect glow.
  All trims (except FDD) include a frosted diffuser.

Material & Finish
Made from extruded aluminum alloy 6063 T5, meeting ASTM B221 standards. Standard finishes include Mill Finish and Clear Anodized, with optional custom finishes available.

Installation Guidelines

Drywall Installations

1. Install LED drivers and wiring before drywall placement.
2. Secure trims with drywall screws.
3. Mask reveals and apply joint compound.
4. Install LED strips after mud is cured, and snap in the frosted diffuser.

Millwork Installations

1. Install LED drivers and wiring before millwork panels.
2. Attach trims using appropriate fasteners.
3. Insert LED strips and frosted diffusers once panels are in place.
