Founded in 1917, Roca combines tradition and expertise with a commitment to innovation and sustainability, developing bathroom solutions that respond to evolving market and customer needs.
Roca played a key role in shaping the bathroom spaces at Fairmont Taghazout Bay, delivering both functionality and refined aesthetics. The project incorporated a diverse selection of Roca products, from the elegant Ariane Stonex® bathtub to the Access and Debba white basins, ensuring a seamless blend of comfort and style.
Advanced Loft electronic sensor faucets and Atlas chrome faucets with cold start technology enhanced efficiency, while the Raindream shower head elevated the wellness experience. These high-quality solutions were thoughtfully integrated into the guest rooms, suites, and public areas, contributing to the resort’s commitment to luxury and well-being.
The Fairmont Taghazout Bay beautifully showcases the Moroccan landscapes and Berber culture while embodying a warm hospitality ethos. Celebrating local craftsmanship, many interior design elements and finishes were sourced from Taghazout and nearby towns, significantly reducing the need for imports. Additionally, with two Roca factories located in Morocco, the majority of the products utilized in this project were produced locally, further enhancing the project's dedication to supporting the local economy and environment.
The collaboration focused on providing elegant and adaptable bathroom fixtures that prioritize sustainability and efficient water and energy use, crucial in the water-scarce desert region. Roca's commitment to durability and accessibility further enhanced the project's vision of a serene oasis.
