AFC provides durable and versatile fiber cement solutions for a variety of architectural applications. At Analog PDX, a 134-unit multifamily development in Portland, Oregon, AFC’s Patina fiber cement panels were chosen to enhance the building’s facade.
Located near the Moda Center and Broadway Bridge, Analog PDX incorporates sustainability and innovation. The project reflects the area’s vibrant cultural and historical connections, utilizing durable fiber cement panels from the Patina line, in Granite and Graphite, to withstand Portland’s weather conditions while adding visual appeal to the building. The architect's design nods to the building's proximity to the Rose Quarter by incorporating an offbeat rhythm into the façade.
