Sylva™ CLT Floors and Roofs are custom-made, and prefabricated structural elements that can span short or medium distances and facilitate efficient design for all circumstances without any requirement for additional beams or support.

Floor applications
CLT has an outstanding strength-to-weight ratio that allows for highly slender floors, rendering Sylva™ CLT Floors ideal for short to medium spans of up to 6–7 m. For long-
span floors over 6 m, the Sylva™ Rib Floors are recommended.

Roof applications
Sylva CLT Roofs are an excellent choice for roof applications for spans up to 7–8 m. The whole product acts as a structural element, which means it can even be used as cantilever with no additional support needed from beam elements. For long-spanning roofs over 8 m, the Sylva™ Rib Roofs are best recommended.
