Designed in a Venlo or Widespan greenhouse, the drying houses help decrease moisture content with a minimal input of external energy. The low-temperature drying system uses solar energy and is often referred to as the most sustainable method for the dewatering of sludge. The size of the greenhouses ranges between 300 and 25,000 m².
