More about this product

Bandalux has been manufacturing high-end curtains and blinds since 1986. Wooden Venetian blinds and Veranda Zip from Bandalux were used in the remodeling of the Meliá Milano hotel, in Milan, Italy.

Spanish architects Alvaro Sans and Vittorio Grassi teamed up to restyle this hotel, proposing a more functional and innovative design. Bandalux Veranda Zip with Polyscreen® 351 fabric was placed in the breakfast area as a finishing touch on the high skylights, increasing the flexibility of this space. This product also provides solar protection and intimacy.

The wooded Venetian blinds were installed to cover solar control needs in the corridors and some private rooms. They create an elegant and welcoming atmosphere as well as offer the right balance between light and privacy.
