Ventilated Facade in Single-Family Home | Gres Aragón

The Faveker^® ventilated ceramic facade system by Gres Aragón was used in a private single-family home. The GA16 tile model with the FTS 502 B fixing system was selected for functional, sustainable, and aesthetic reasons. functionally, the facade offers a thermal skin that is highly resistant to external factors, sustainably this high thermal performance decreases energy costs for the owner and also offered a high content of recycled material in its composition (more than 50%). Aesthetically, a natural appearance could be achieved and allowing the building to blend in with the environment. The GA16 is a registrable model, making it possible to disassemble any of the pieces without the need to remove any other adjoining pieces. This makes it easy to replace or temporarily remove any of the parts.
