Color PVB Interlayers in a Business School | Vanceva

Vanceva Color PVB Interlayers were used in the facade of the International Management Institute, a business school in Kolkata, India.

The project required an overall informality in its form, texture, and spatial environment, and a play of colors was pivotal to achieving these qualities. Thanks to the chromatic scale of vibrant colors, the facade of the International Management Institut animates the surrounding area of the building.

The Vanceva interlayers reduce the heat buildup inside while letting in plenty of natural light, while the finished design reflects the building’s environmentally sustainable architecture.

The International Management Institute was the winner of the 2012 World of Color Awards Exterior Division.

Vanceva interlayers are created with light-stable colorants to stay vivid for a long time. In addition, color laminated glass made with Vanceva can block up to 99% of damaging UV radiation up to 380 nm, and reduce solar heat gain.
