Color PVB Interlayers in a Housing Facility | Vanceva

Vanceva Color PVB Interlayers were used in the 29 logements îlot V3A ZAC Seguin, a housing facility in Vancouver, Canada.

The Color PVB Interlayers were used to make the balconies appear as weightless colored frames floating on the facade. The result is a superposition of colors and a mix of transparencies. Glass adds an element of visual continuity between the interior and exterior of the structure while keeping a measure of privacy for the building inhabitants, which can be appreciated in the structure-less balconies.
