The Penguin Chair Collection
The Penguin Chair was designed by Danish furniture designer Ib Kofod-Larsen and went into production in 1953. It became a mid-century bestseller and an icon of Danish Modern thanks to its sophisticated silhouette and the personality that comes through the design.
Light and elegant with its curved wooden back and upholstered seat. The Penguin chair is versioned in dining, lounge, and rocker iterations with an oak or walnut veneer back and upholstered seat.
