Fundación Rafael del Pino
Architect Rafael de la Hoz Castanys was commissioned to restore the original building and to expand the headquarters in a new building in the garden space.
The vertical structure is made up of reinforced steel plate supports arranged on the longitudinal facades. The peculiarity of this part of the structure lies in its tree-inspired geometry, which is interpreted as an irregular network of inclined supports that subdivide and intersect more as you go higher.

Zurich Blue Building
The Zurich Blue Building was designed by Rafael de La-Hoz, and is located close to Paseo de la Castellana in Madrid, Spain. Bellapart participated in developing and building the external lining, façade, and walls.
The building's double-glazed and stainless steel ventilated façade, developed and built by Bellapart, allows environmental and acoustic control and emphasizes transparency. It is formed by a unique structure with an interior curtain wall built with ultraclear (low iron) solar protection glass and aluminum frame, and an exterior façade made up of ultra-clear curved glass modules and stainless steel micro-perforated curve sheet modules with shining polished finishing.
The interior and exterior curtain wall structure is fixed to the main building structure with steelwork clamping systems, eliminating the requirement to drill or weld steel.

Bijou Building
Designed by Valentiny HVP Architects, “Bijou Building” is the corporate building of Cloche d'Or in Luxembourg which bespoke double skin façade was engineered and built by Bellapart.
The first layer is a triple-glazed unitized insulated aluminum curtain wall and the second layer wraps the whole façades and roof surface with enormous welded aluminum white leaves. The bespoke decorative leaves are made from a variety of shapes and sizes, a pattern that creates a contrast and positive spark in the quartier.
