More about this product

Corner House, a residence designed by Archier in collaboration with PMV Built in 2020, is an award-winning home that promotes the capabilities of natural lighting and a warm timber finish through the use of Australian Sustainable Hardwoods (ASH) Victorian ash.

About The Project

Products
Architect Archier
Builder PMV Built
Year 2020
Location Melbourne, Victoria, Australia

Corner House is a relatively modest home that manages to generate a variety of experiences and relationships within a small number of spaces. The windows and doors play a significant role in the design. The large windows allow for an abundance of natural light to fill the home, harnessing an open and inviting feel.

undefined Corner House was a truly spectacular project to be involved in. Designed to maximise natural light throughout the house, Corner House is essentially a building structure that is surrounded by large scale [GoodWood] windows. - BINQ Windows

Featured Products

  1. GoodWood Victorian ash largescale windows and doors by BINQ Windows are featured in this design with a ceiling height of over 4 metres.
  2. IronAsh 105×19 shiplap cladding amongst the dark board and batten façade is showcased at the exterior of Corner House.
