The Catena sofa by ferm LIVING is a low-slung modular seating element that features an enveloping, beanbag-inspired shape for increased relaxation and coziness. The name Catena is inspired by the catenary curve, a u-like shape that is mirrored in the soft curves and top-stitched seams of the Catena sofa.
The Catena sofa is made with innovative microcellular foam that ensures maximum comfort as well as durability. The series includes six individual modules that can be combined in multiple ways to create the desired layout. Made to order in Italy, the Catena sofa comes upholstered in a range of fabrics and colours.
Design Concept
The ferm LIVING line of furniture and lighting fixtures is designed and crafted within the Danish design tradition.
