How to Create Bespoke Board Designs | PFLEIDERER

Pfleiderer Individual enables the creation of individual motifs and decors for unique furniture and interior designs. By using digital printing technology; photos, illustrations, logos, text, and any other reproducible templates can be transformed into high-quality decors.

The possible applications are virtually limitless: Shopfitting, trade fair stands, boatbuilding, caravans, hotels, spas, medical centres, schools, offices and living spaces. In order to guarantee the necessary durability and product properties in the respective application, Pfleiderer does not imprint materials, but manufactures individually designed boards with high-quality melamine surfaces. The digital printed motifs are available on melamine faced DecoBoard, high-pressure laminate (HPL) and HPL compact laminate as well as HPL bonded elements.

1. Design your own décor
   The digital printing technology used at Pfleiderer allows you to use various forms of digital art, be it a photo, an illustration, company logo or life motto. Pfleiderer also has a library of design inspiration for you to choose from if desired.
   

   
   A printable format of 2,700 mm x 2,000 mm enables large designs. The ability to apply several motifs on a board, as well as a large multi-part motif means that you are able to enjoy full design freedom.

2. Choose a substrate
   The design can be realised on almost any core material, whether as a high-quality HPL or as a DecoBoard with direct lamination, whichever is best suited to your application. The range also offers optimum solutions for special requirements such as moisture rooms and fire protected areas. Robust, easy to clean, scratch-resistant, hygienic, and food safe, the finished board leaves nothing to be desired.
   
   

Pfleiderer Individual is available in the product types:

• Duropal HPL Individual – High-pressure laminates, even for areas with fire protection requirements and for ship interior fitting
  
• Duropal HPL Compact Individual – Compact laminate for high demands on durability and moisture resistance
  
• Duropal Element Individual – Flat bonded element for interior use
  
• DecoBoard Individual – Melamine faced boards with a choice of core boards; also in low emission and moisture resistant quality
