Birgit Hoffman and Christoph Kahleyss design put the barstool back on the map ending an era of uncomfortable barstools that just used to have a quick seat. The elegant, firmly upholstered outer shell reveals soft seating on the inside of the bar armchair. Fabric and color do the rest to make this Leya model from Freifrau a unique piece.

Leya was designed by Birgit Hoffmann and Christoph Kahleyss for Freifrau. Combining opposites, the design appears clear and firm with its tightly upholstered shell. The outer padding of this armchair from Freifrau reveals a fluffy cushion on the inside.
