DesignerPly from ForestOne is ideal for perforating with stunning visual impact, as well as aiding in sound absorption. ForestOne is able to help architects and designers meet specific acoustic requirements including providing the panels with black acoustic backing or pairing the product with their Acoustic Pinboard.

The perforation patterns are entirely customizable. Pick the shape of the perforation and size knowing the layered ply will shine through. The substrate and finish are also entirely tailored to the project, including Powder Coated DesignerPly.

As the Cone Calorimeter test AS/ NZS 3837 cannot predict full room fire testing when there are perforations or slots in timber panels it is necessary to obtain fire engineering assessments on specific projects as these are specified. When perforating DesignerPly Hoop Pine Plywood it should be noted that full sheets require edge trimming prior to perforating. This will result in the finished panel size being 2390mm x 1190mm.
