The hand-moulded facade bricks (non-perforated) have five sand-covered sides and one side with possible oblong groove. The structure looks rugged with fine and irregular grooves in the sandy surface. The baking process takes place in a gas-heated tunnel oven under a slightly reduced atmosphere.

Cap Gris Nez - The brick has a grey base, with colours ranging from silver-grey, beige grey to mouse grey. The coloured effects are the result of sawdust and white, fine-grained sand.

Vinalmont - The homogeneous mixture of a precise proportion of manganese dioxide in the clay results in a light grey brick.

Borlo - The homogeneous mixture of accurately predefined proportions of manganese oxide with grey-red baking lössial clay is responsible for the dark brown colour of the brick. On top of white sand, white powders are applied and fired in a scattered way, in order to obtain the grey-white sediments, which results in a very light shade.

Forno - The homogeneous mixture of accurately predefined proportions of manganese oxide with grey-red baking lössial clay is responsible for the dark brown colour of the brick. On top of white sand, white powders are applied and fired in a scattered way, in order to obtain the grey-white sediments, which results in a very light shade. Through sintering of the brick, the different nuances of colour are obtained.

Arte -The homogeneous mixture of a precise proportion of manganese dioxide in the clay results in a light grey brick. The different types of sand provide colours that vary from white to grey, interspersed with light grey and dark shades in defined proportions, in which the white deposits are clearly present.
