The architects - Corinne Vezzoni & Associates - specified Bandalux's Premium Plus Roller Shades with Polyscreen® 550 fabric to ensure thermal and visual comfort. The Polyscreen® 550 fabric provides excellent thermal protection by managing up to 94% of solar heat while being a highly efficient sunlight filter. The building has been recognized by several accreditations for energy efficiency including; HQE, Breeam, Effinergie+Biosourcé.
