CharacteristicsContemporary furnishing, choices from several collections of interior and exterior furniture items
The classic director’s chair (a fixed variant that comes with or without arms and a folding version) is reinvented with contemporary sophistication and meticulous attention to detail and proportions, not to mention the grain of leather used on the seat and the back. The structure of the chair is available in light or dark tones, whereas the leather is available in natural or black. Different shades are able to offer different images for a different kind of feel.
|Frame||Die-cast aluminum: bright brushed or painted|
|Internal components||Thermoplastic material and steel|
|Cover||Embossed thick leather|
When it first made its appearance in January 2014, it was intended for outdoor use. Today the MIRTO series offers four different indoor seats. It is not an adaptation but rather a creation that was already planned in the collection’s original concept. The frame is in a glossy brushed aluminum or black chrome with black leather or a textured natural cover for the seat, back, and armrests. The small folding armchair is available with a black painted or black chromed frame and a black cloth cover.
MIRTO is inspired by the classics of Modern Movement where the leather used for its structural properties, and not only as a cover, combined with a metal frame, generates highly sophisticated items with a pure basic design. The tables in the new indoor version have a black painted finish and glass top enhanced by reflecting bronzed paint.
