Designed by DCL Architecture, and completed in 2017, this multi-residential development in the Quantinière quarter, in Trélazé is comprised of 90 apartments over 4 individual blocks. The area where the buildings are located is close to the Unesco Heritage City of Angers, elevating the importance of the design of the contemporary building in such a context.
The architects chose to use natural slate cladding for both the roof and the wall cladding. The Cupaclad® 101 Random from Cupa Pizarras was chosen for the wall cladding for its technical performance and the dynamic, contemporary styling of the random slate surface.
