SamSung Global Engineering Centre is the main office and headquarters for the Korean technology company. The building hosts 7,600 employees over 8 floors. Falcon Spider Lifts have been selected to facilitate the cleaning and maintenance of the building. The delivery of the lift when the building was almost complete, presented a challenge. A solution was found where the compact, low weight lift was easily craned into position on the 8th floor.

The Falcon Spider Lift FS290 was selected due to the height, manoeuvrability, dual power system and double jib. The the flexibility, minimal weight, maximum reach and safety performance, makes this lift the perfect aerial platform to carry out the building maintenance and cleaning.

About the Falcon Spider Lift FS 290

The Falcon Spider Atrium Lift FS 290 is one of the original Falcon Spider Lifts, first developed in the 1970’s. The Falcon Spider Atrium Lift is capable of passing through a door opening a mere 0.8 m wide and 1.98 m high.
