The aluminum Click-on Batten system from Sculptform can be used as wall, ceiling or facade cladding in either internal or external applications. The aluminum battens are simply push-clicked onto concealed mounting tracks. Batten clips are factory fixed to the mounting tracks at a specified spacing to ensure a precise finish and easy installation.
There are two batten profiles available, Block and Tube that can be used to create dynamic clad surfaces. The architect or designer can select from a range of finishing options for the aluminum to ensure that the correct balance is struck between aesthetics, durability, and certification for each project. Sculptform’s wood finish aluminium and real timber veneer provide a realistic timber aesthetic to battens while taking advantage of the strength and fire resistance of aluminum.
Various mounting tracks are available to suit any type of application. Acoustic backing panels can be incorporated into the system providing effective acoustic solutions but also replacing the need to plaster and paint the wall or ceiling behind the battens, saving time and money.

The app has a drag-and-drop feature to test cladding options while receiving real-time pricing, specification data, and 3D views. Sculptform also assists with making sure their products are expertly installed by offering an optional supply and install service and an extensive installation manual. The installation manual assists with correctly specifying and detailing corners, curved applications, edges, windows, and openings.
