More about this product

Shapes, colors, and materials convey emotions, tell a story and inspire new ideas, characterizing our buildings.

When a quality material is required in terms of external finish and core design, Max Compact Exterior by Fundermax fulfills all expectations. Both aspects are important, especially in an exterior application, where the materials are exposed to the elements, traffic, and large public movement.

Max Compact Exterior is constantly evolving, as applications have become more diverse, the margin of personalization has also increased, providing design freedom through the Individualdecor which offers a new range in Fundermax's selection.

It is essential for a material that protects the façade of a commercial building that its maintenance is minimal, which makes Max Compact Exterior the right choice thanks to its resistance to scratches, hail, and impacts; and its ease of assembly and cleaning. In addition, the resin coating allows the surface to maintain its color despite the incidence of sunlight and the double hardening treatment gives it greater resistance to weathering.

Max Compact Exterior panels are standardized with double-sided presentation, with a large Exterior Collection that can be combined with the Interior Collection of Max Compact Interior to give continuity to the design from the façade to interior.

In the case of the Liverpool Toluca Shopping Center in Mexico, Fundermax Compact Exterior decorative wood was chosen because of the added requirement given by the complex geometry of the façade. The organic forms designed by the architect Billy Springall needed a material that, due to its characteristics, could adapt and not lose its properties.
