As monolithic concrete fins, formparts from Rieder offer a high degree of flexibility and a wide range of design options for architectural concrete. The folded concrete elements with an optimized fastening system enhance glass facades and serve as a refined visual and sun protection. You can choose between two different versions: formparts.fab and formparts.mono.
formparts.mono
formparts.mono are shaped concrete elements, which are produced from a slab using folding molds. This results in the characteristic edge radius, which is between 3 and 15 mm. They are available with L- or U-cross section, as round arch, and as special shapes.
formparts.fab
The sharp-edged formparts.fab are assembled from several parts. With this method, the edges can be formed with a chamfer of 3 mm (+/- 1.5). The maximum unwinding width is larger, which means more combinations of different formed parts can be created. In addition, more surfaces and textures are available.
Due to the low weight of the formparts and their large spans, less substructure is required. Pre-assembly in the factory, independent of weather conditions, ensures a high-quality standard and quick assembly on site. The elements are simply mounted and then fine-tuned on site.
Glassfibre reinforced concrete is a natural material. Its natural raw materials create a special, concrete-like surface.

Colors
The authentic colors blend well into landscapes and correspond with nature and the environment. Color variations within a color tone are intended and enhance the liveliness of the building material, concrete. formparts can be easily combined with concrete skin.
