Vitro Architectural Glass offers a full spectrum of blue and green performance tinted glasses. You can add low-e coatings to any tinted glass product by Vitro Glass to enhance its performance.

Pacifica® Glass, control solar heat gain

Rich-blue Pacifica® glass is part of Vitro Architectural Glass’s collection of nautically inspired tints and can be combined with reflective Solarcool® or subtly reflective color-enriched Vistacool® coatings. Combined with Solarban® 70XL solar control low-e glass in a 1-inch insulating glass unit (IGU), Pacifica® glass can reach a solar heat gain coefficient (SHGC) of 0.18 with a visible light transmittance (VLT) of 30 percent, which produces a light-to-solar gain (LSG) ratio of 1.63.

Atlantica® Glass, spectrally selective glass with excellent daylighting

Atlantica® glass is one of the original tints featured in Vitro Glass’s collection of nautically inspired tinted architectural glasses. As a spectrally selective glass, Atlantica® glass can help you minimize reliance on artificial cooling and lighting by combining high visible light transmittance (VLT) with excellent solar heat control in a pleasant emerald-green aesthetic that complements a diverse range of building materials.

In addition to providing Solarban® z75 and Solarban® z50 glasses with their cool-neutral appearance, combining Optiblue® glass with new Solarban® 90 glass in a standard 1-inch IGU results in a 0.20 solar heat gain coefficient (SHGC) and a visible light transmittance (VLT) of 37 percent.
