Microbeton Catalog

Microbeton develops innovative lightweight ferrocement elements for utility and residential construction. Microbeton is currently the only company in the Netherlands to have a KOMO certificate to produce these ferrocement elements. We can produce balconies, awnings and galleries with up to 70% weight savings compared to traditional concrete. These products can be made with coverage on the steel up to 5 mm. This makes it possible to produce elements that are only 50 mm thick. And we can develop these elements with a traditional thickness, but where the core is filled with EPS. We also have a smart suspension system with a cold bridge interruption, whereby the elements with adjustment space can be mounted against the façade afterwards by means of the patented tube system. This principle can also be applied to renovation projects due to the weight saving. Microbeton is located on the Concrete Valley site in Bergen op Zoom.
