Custom Bespoke Interiors at 20 Grosvenor Square | LEMA

Custom bespoke interior elements from LEMA were used in Four Seasons Private Residences, 20 Grosvenor Square, a residential development designed by Squire & Partners in Mayfair, London.

Located in the heart of Mayfair, 20 Grosvenor Square is a residential development comprising 37 private residences managed by Four Seasons. The project occupies a prominent position overlooking Grosvenor Square, one of London's most historic and green public spaces, within walking distance of Hyde Park, Savile Row, and Bond Street.

The development includes a collection of three- to five-bedroom residences supported by a range of shared amenities. The project combines contemporary residential standards with references to the architectural heritage of Mayfair, balancing permanence, material quality, and functional requirements.

LEMA was responsible for the design development, manufacture, and installation of bespoke interior elements throughout the residences, working in close collaboration with Squire & Partners and the wider project team to deliver a comprehensive package of custom-made furnishings designed to integrate seamlessly with the architectural language of the interiors.

The scope of the intervention included boiserie, vanity units, wardrobes, doors, skirting boards, and architraves, each developed specifically for the project, with particular attention given to material consistency, detailing, and dimensional coordination to ensure that every element responded to the spatial and technical requirements of the apartments.
