Custom Millwork & Furniture at Fulham Pier Hotel | LEMA

LEMA's custom millwork and furniture were used in Fulham Pier Hotel, a boutique hotel designed in London, United Kingdom.

Located on the banks of the River Thames, Fulham Pier Hotel forms part of the wider Fulham Pier regeneration project, an ambitious mixed-use development that has transformed the historic waterfront adjacent to Craven Cottage into a new destination for hospitality, culture, and leisure.

The masterplan, designed by Populous, is centered around the new Riverside Stand for Fulham Football Club and introduces a diverse program of public and private spaces, including restaurants, wellness facilities, a members’ club, and a riverside promenade. Interior architecture and hospitality design were developed by Stuart Forbes Associates.

Conceived as an intimate boutique hotel, Fulham Pier Hotel comprises thirteen guestrooms, each distinguished by an individual design language. Natural materials, tactile finishes, and four carefully curated color palettes define the interiors, creating a sense of continuity throughout the property while preserving the character of each space. Generous floor-to-ceiling windows frame expansive views of the river, reinforcing the connection between the hotel and its waterfront setting.

A defining aspect of the project is the integration of bespoke joinery and architectural detailing.

LEMA Contract supplied and manufactured all custom millwork for the guestrooms and bathrooms, including wardrobes, interior doors, and wall paneling specifically designed for the hotel. Developed in close collaboration with the design team, each element contributes to the overall architectural narrative, combining functionality with a refined material expression.
