Completed in 2025, The Chancery Rosewood stands out for its bold geometry and large windows that frame interiors by Joseph Dirand, characterized by an elegant, tactile, and deliberately minimal approach. The hotel comprises 139 rooms, each part of a cohesive interior language that extends across the building's main floors.

LEMA supplied and installed the wardrobes for all rooms, crafted to integrate with the refined identity of the hotel. Architects and clients also entrusted LEMA with the carpentry work for the three main floors, including wooden panels and textured surfaces. Through its contract offices in Italy and the United Kingdom, the company ensured that every detail reflected the ambition of the project.
