Impact Acoustic is a Swiss manufacturer of acoustic solutions and materials engineered for performance and circular design. Their ARCHISONIC® Natura wall tile collection comprises four products—Mosaic, Terra, Tofu, Mycelium, and Truchet—each designed to combine high acoustic performance with sustainable material innovation. Mosaic, Terra and Tofu are fabricated from ARCHISONIC® Cotton, a material made from sustainably sourced cotton linters and natural mineral pigments. Unlike conventional acoustic products that rely on synthetic binders, ARCHISONIC® Cotton enables a fully closed-loop production system: all tiles can be returned to production at end of life, reprocessed with water, and regenerated without loss of quality. Mycelium complements the collection with a biologically cultivated acoustic material grown from fungal root systems and reclaimed agricultural by-products, offering a CO₂-negative and fully biodegradable alternative. Truchet extends the collection with a modular acoustic wall tile inspired by Truchet tessellations, enabling a wide variety of dynamic surface patterns while utilising the bio-based ARCHISONIC® Natura Blend material, which incorporates natural fibres and mineral components for a circular, low-impact acoustic solution.
