Fossil Mix and Pool Mix Porcelain Tiles from Serapool were used in a luxurious villa project in Narlıdere, İzmir, transforming the pool into a bold and distinctive design centerpiece.
Located in İzmir’s prestigious Sahilevleri area, the villa’s pool was designed as a central element of outdoor living. Architect Can Çuhadar envisioned a space where architecture and leisure merge seamlessly, creating an extraordinary environment that enhances the villa’s modern character. With pools serving as focal points for relaxation and entertainment, the design sought to balance innovation with elegance.
The Fossil Mix and Pool Mix series were applied throughout the pool, from the floor to transition areas, introducing dynamic textures and bold color combinations. These collections provide a visually captivating aesthetic, elevating the pool beyond traditional design standards. With low water absorption, high resistance to UV rays, chemicals, and thermal shocks, the tiles ensure long-lasting durability and preserve their striking visual impact over time.
Safety was also prioritized, with the PTV ≥ 45° slip resistance ensuring reliable performance in wet areas. Complementary elements such as the Pool Mix Outer Trim, Scotch Outer Corner, and Outer Angle Corner created seamless technical and visual continuity around the pool.
