Lunawood is a pioneer in decorative wood solutions, with 25 years of expertise in the thermal modification of wood. Their mission is to reconnect people with nature by bringing the calming essence of the forest into urban environments.
Lunawood presents Luna Arctic, products that naturally achieve a weathered look from its installation. This line offers a consistent and elegant grey appearance that mimics natural ageing while maintaining the durability and sustainability of Lunawood ThermoWood®.
Benefits
Luna Arctic products require no repainting or maintenance. In areas exposed to sun and rain, the wood
gradually develops a silver-grey tone, while the more sheltered surfaces retain the original Luna Arctic shade. This finish supports consistent weathering across exposed surfaces over time
The brushed surface of Nordic spruce highlights the natural texture and grain pattern of the wood. Luna Arctic products provide a pre-finished grey surface that reduces the need for on-site coating applications and supports consistent visual results during installation.
- For interior and exterior use
Thermally modified Luna Arctic products can be used in both interior and exterior applications, supporting visual continuity between indoor and outdoor spaces. Due to the absence of added toxic chemicals in the thermal modification process, the products are suitable for environments such as saunas and wellness areas.
