Facade Cladding in Arima Hotel | Siero Lam

Siero Lam is a leading European manufacturer of chestnut wood and other high-quality wood products, prioritizing customer service and circular economy principles. Wood lattices, outdoor decking, laminated scantlings, and wood cladding from Siero Lam were used in the Arima Hotel, located in San Sebastián, Spain.

The building, situated facing Miramón Park, features a design composed of volumes tailored to the landscape's contours. Its facades are textured using a double skin, functioning as a ventilated façade with sweet chestnut wood, aluminum, and glass. The Siero Lam's materials used for the design address aesthetic concerns, while also ehnancing thermal insulation and durability. Additionally, on the upper floor, wooden cladding is reintegrated, blending harmoniously with the surroundings.
