Stackable Furniture at Voraport Hotel Barcelona | Sellex

Sellex is an international design and manufacturing company that crafts tailored furniture for public spaces. The Stackable SLAM Chair and FAST Table were used to furnish Voraport's Hotel multipurpose rooms.

The Voraport Hotel in Barcelona is a hospitality project by Actahotel Group. The project offers areas and services for tourist and business trips. For their multipurpose corporate rooms, Sellex was commissioned to equip the facilities, providing a selection of chairs and tables that facilitated the different uses these areas could have.

The company chose its SLAM Chair and FAST Table, which provide flexibility and a modern look that harmonizes with the project design.

Sellex SLAM Chair, designed by Lievore Altherr Molina, has a minimal and practical design conformed by an ergonomic shell that can be manufactured using oak plywood or polypropylene, which floats over a steel frame structure. The chairs can easily be stacked for storage and rearranging space. The glide feature protects each piece when stacked, ensuring durability.

The FAST table was specifically designed for multipurpose rooms by Carlos Tíscar. The design allows the table to be stacked or folded, which provides the user with versatile options for storage. The Sellex FAST Table enables different space configurations through the connecting feature of the steel frame. The frame features two adjusters and castors with brake systems that facilitate changing the table's position.
