Abstract:
Lincoln Matrix 99 transforms downtown Lincoln into a vibrant city in the sky, stacking modular living clusters above existing parking garages. Dramatic bridges, colorful facade shades, and elevated courtyards weave together diverse housing, creative studios, and playful public platforms. Suspended walkways and a looping infinity track animate the skyline, turning infrastructure into a connected, welcoming community. By reclaiming underutilized urban airspace to weave together social interaction and creative living, Lincoln Matrix 99 manifests this architecture of coexistence, transforming static infrastructure into a vertical neighborhood where diversity and connection are built into the very frame of the city.
