The aim of the architectural design contest is to find innovative solutions for small-scale modular log or wooden cabins, that could be produced in collaboration with architects.
Lasita Maja* in collaboration with katus.eu* is looking for implementable architectural solutions for Lasita product line - to design series of small prefabricated cabins for private users with one or several combined functions – for example a traditional garden-house for storing tools, sauna, guest-house, a modern home-office or recreational house (a small gym, SPA, yoga or meditation room).
The purpose of the contest is also to raise awareness among architects about modern technologies and possibilities of prefabricated technologies, help to find and to create new contacts and collaboration partners. We also hope to increase the export of prefab cabin manufacturers.
Cabins are distributed in Estonia, Germany and France.
