Rem Koolhaas, Neri Oxman and Kevin Spacey to Speak at AIA National Convention 2016

Update: In addition to the previous announcement of Neri Oxman and Kevin Spacey as keynote speakers, the AIA has now announced Rem Koolhaas as the headline speaker for day three of this year's convention in Philadelphia. Koolhaas' speech will be titled "Delirious Philadelphia," a playful twist on his seminal book Delirious New York. The following article was originally published on February 11th.

Award-winning actor and producer Kevin Spacey plans to share some tips on how to "innovate, disrupt and take risks" at this year's American Institute of Architect's National Convention in Philadelphia. Kickstarting the 2016 convention, Spacey will be the first of three speakers to take the stage as a keynote speaker. Designer and Mediated Matter research group founder Neri Oxman will follow the "House of Cards" actor to discuss "material ecology" on the second day of the convention (May 20).

The 2016 AIA National Convention will run from May 19-21 at the Pennsylvania Convention Center in Philadelphia. You can learn more about the convention and purchase tickets, here.
